The "Cinq cent feuilles"

The "Cinq Cents Feuille" (half of a french cake) made with pink strawberry
and raspberry mousse, is the fruit of a collaboration with Carl Marletti,
pastry chef at the Cafe de la Paix (hotel in Paris).
The final touch: the bookmark is replaced by a garter made of almond paste.
